To your humble witch, writing is not always about stringing together thousands and thousands of words to create a long story that can accompany you all through the winter solstice. It is that—but it’s also so much more. Writing is about that one sentence that sits on paper so prettily you can’t help but sit and stare at it for long stretches of time. It’s about random, sudden ideas that pop into your head and have you scrambling for pen and paper to write them down before you forget them forever. It’s about scenes that are wonderful but don’t fit into any of your stories. It’s about exercises for the creative muscles.
Notes from the Cauldron will not be on a schedule, mind, but I’ll share these little fragments from the Cauldron with you whenever I can…
So, wait for the cauldron to bubble and and listen to its whispers…
This is for you Cauldron Crew.
